From Option Internationale du Baccalaur\u00e9at (OIB) to\u00a0Baccalaur\u00e9at Fran\u00e7ais International (BFI)\u00a0\u200b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From the start of the 2022 school year, the Option International du Baccalaur\u00e9at (OIB) evolves and becomes the Baccalaur\u00e9at Fran\u00e7ais International (BFI). Students in 1\u00e8re can engage in this system to prepare, during two years, this new international option taken into account in the exam, from the 2024 session of the Baccalaur\u00e9at<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What changes compared to the Option Internationale du Baccalaur\u00e9at (OIB)\u200b<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2192\u00a0\u00a0The preparation for the BFI concerns only the final cycle (the international section is maintained until the end of 2nde).\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192\u00a0Students who have not followed an international section before the first year can apply for a preparation of the BFI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192\u00a0The specific classes, Approfondissement culturel et linguistique (ACL) and the discipline\u00a0non-linguistique (Histoire-G\u00e9ographie) are reinforced and supplemented by the new Connaissance du monde (CdM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192\u00a0The student’s commitment is valued within the framework of a project carried out with an international partner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

The BFI is available, depending on the institution, in different “parcours”.\u200b<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The teachings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Students enrolled in the Baccalaur\u00e9at Fran\u00e7ais International (BFI) follow:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 The same lessons <\/strong>as the students who doesn’t prepare a BFI (enseignements de tronc commun, enseignements de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192\u00a0 3 additional classes<\/strong> specific to the preparation of the baccalaur\u00e9at fran\u00e7ais international, such as : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Histoire-G\u00e9ographie –\u00a0Swedish<\/em>\u200b<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The teaching of Histoire-G\u00e9ographie within the BFI is the equivalent of the current Histoire-G\u00e9ographie. One part will be taught in French and the other part in Swedish. Histoire-G\u00e9ographie will be sanctioned by a written test as well as an oral test at the end of Terminale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approfondissement culturel et linguistique (ACL) –\u00a0English<\/em>\u200b<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The complementary education of approfondissement culturel et linguistique is the equivalent of the current optional education of Litt\u00e9rature Anglophone. The ACL will be sanctioned by a written test as well as an oral test at the end of Terminale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connaissance du monde (CdM) –\u00a0SWEDISH<\/em>\u200b<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

It is based on teaching that articulates the history of ideas and geopolitical questions, knowledge of the challenges of the contemporary world, culture and civilization of the countries of the languages \u200b\u200bstudied as well as on a project with an international partner led by the student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
