Swedish Gymnasium – Application

How to apply?

1. LFSL registers all students in 3ème at Gymnasieantagningen and uploads the bulletin from the first trimester, together with the Swedish grade in SPS. The students receives a letter with a code to use on Gymnasieantagningen’s website (www.gyantagningen.se) . If you don’t wish to apply to a Swedish gymnasium you can throw the letter away.
2. You choose the schools and the programs (in order of preference) directly on Gymnasieantagningen’s website in January/February.
3. After the second “conseil de classe” LFSL uploads the bulletin of the second trimester on Gymnasieantagningen’s website.
4. In April/May the website re-opens and it is possible to edit the application.
5. After the third “conseil de classe” the last bulletin is uploaded, together with the Swedish grade in SPS.
6. The admission – Antagningsbeskedet – is published at the end of June/beginning of July on Gymnasieantagningen’s website, where you also have to accept or decline the offer.

PS. On Gymnasieantagningen’s website it will say that they haven’t received your grades. this is normal, as you APPLY with french grades. the bulletins aren’t registered on the webiste, but uploaded and communicated to the different schools.
