On June 9, the students at collège celebrated the 250th anniversary of Beethoven’s birth.
In the morning before the lessons began, music by Beethoven was played in the corridors.
The small orchestra at the collège played Ode to Joy at the schoolyard during the breaks and during the lunch break the students were invited to watch short films about the composer’s life and listen to his will at the school library (CDI).
The students in 4ème also participated in a portrait competition of Beethoven. Olivia Golmann won the competition and received a gift card for concert tickets as a prize!
